Hi, my name is Kay Neely and I will be serving as your President for 2010, which I just finished 2009 as President. I am still honored to take on this position and look forward to meeting you and making 2010 a great year for you and District 36 Road Rider’s Division. I have been a member of District 36 for a number of years and I've held the offices of Prewsident, Vice President, Secretary, and Social Secretary. I've worked at Hey Dey, the Gypsy Tour, the Turkey Run, and several other events for the District. I shared the Top District Rider Award in 2004. I am married to my riding companion, Rex, with whom this past December we celebrated our 36th anniversary. In 1974 he bought me my first motorcycle, a 125 Yamaha Enduro, the best birthday present anybody could ask for--a motorcycle. Since then I've owned about 12 different motorcycles. We have been in CA since 1988 and really enjoy the scenery and the year-round riding. I think I have found the motorcycle that will keep me smiling; I now have a 2004 Victory Kingpin and plan on keeping it forever. Two years ago I added a 2008 Victory Vision to my collection. Since then I made a cross-country ride and put 6400 miles enjoying the view all across the country, riding my motorcycle back and forth to PA. I am looking forward to seeing you all out there on the road and I’m anxiously awaiting the great rides that are planned by each club. Hope to see many of you on the rides of 2010. Don’t hesitate to come to a district meeting and participate. I look forward to a good year in 2010 and also would like to see more participation on the website. Remember the district can only exist with the support of its members and clubs.
